I am here now, to offer you my skills, to support you to move forward with joy.
I was an inner city London primary school teacher, passionate about empowering children, working to bring forth a dynamic 360 degree, educational experience, along with my top level goal - of sharing tools to support their emotional well being. Read More.
Along with this role of service and love in schools, I had a dual life, writing poetry, performing on stage, participating in a rich world of festivals, celebrations, parties, communities and global travels.
The elements that have always remained - and just grown more - are those of connecting in child like joy with the world around, living in colour and continuing on the path of healing and connection.
I am now activating adults too - sharing my tools for your emotional well being via Coaching in Colour, in person and on line.
Taking care of my inner child
I’ve had to work hard, taking care of my own inner child, to overcome childhood challenges and actively pursue; joy, adventure, new experiences, and developing a sense of nurturing the ‘small things’ that bring daily joy, alongside the ‘big things’.
I adore and deeply resonate with children of all ages and I still work with them, creating dynamic workshops focused around their emotional development. They teach me so much. But you don’t actually need to physically work with or be a parent/carer to children, to utilise the awe and wonder that gives children their unique qualities.
What’s kept me afloat?
What’s kept me afloat in difficult times, are tools and practises, which bring joy, light and support. Many of these have been cultivated over time. These include spontaneity, dressing up, supporting others, and making a commitment to evolve and grow through un self conscious, natural, authentic, joyfully driven actions. And I’ve worked hard to break some habits (a work in progress)!
I love cultivating natural curiosity, revelling in lavish colour and working at my passion; to help make life more exuberant for others. Does that appeal?!

What has kept me afloat in difficult times is not being inhibited by traditional expectations, and now, as I ‘age’; not to let that affect me either!
Life is for celebrating, taking our gifts and sharing them for others to enjoy. I’ve been writing my kaleidoscopic spoken for almost 20 years and have performed live on main stages at festivals and made films - Watch my performance video, Goddess. I naturally roam in creative realms, making little videos which are posted on my main YT channel and my YT 4Kids channel and Social Media.
When we creatively respond to our environment, the separation of ‘being entertained’ diminishes and a natural joy develops.
It’s the daily pleasures that can provide ongoing fun and joy, essentially releasing what we think others may think of us. We are born free to express and shine! As for the ‘Big Stuff’ I have been bold and courageous in my travels, including a solo overland journey from an island off Southern China to England in 1989 with little planning, an inner sense of trust and a great openness to explore and receive. A life time of exploring has given me the great gift of cultivating a global awareness of our interconnectedness, instilling in me how I am a ‘micro of the macro’ and how all my actions, do, at some level, result in a reaction.
